MERGER UPDATE

Your Board of Directors has unanimously agreed to pursue a merger with MIDFLORIDA Credit Union after determining that the products and services offered by MIDFLORIDA would be extremely advantageous to our members. Recently, both state and federal regulators have approved proceeding with the merger.

The final step is to have the merger ratified by the Bay Gulf membership. A letter from the Chairman of the Board, pertinent merger information, and a ballot will be sent to all eligible members this week; and a special membership meeting will be held on September 17.
