Using your VISA Debit Card While Traveling Outside the Continental U.S.
Congratulations on your upcoming trip! Bay Gulf Credit Union wants to make sure that you can use your VISA Debit Card with uninterrupted service. If you are taking a trip outside the continental U.S. please contact us before your departure so that we can prevent any possible VISA security issues.
To notify Bay Gulf Credit Union of your travel plans outside the U.S. please call 813-932-1301. The representative will need to know:
- your account number
- your debit card number
- any joint debit card numbers
- the date you are leaving
- the date you are returning, and the
- country(ies) you will be visiting
